Using direct current energy, the same as our bodies’ energy, scar tissue can become softer and more flexible in one session. This allows a number of changes to occur: more nutrients are able to flow into the tissue, increased flexibility of the tissue, emotional cellular memory can be released, the energy of the body (meridians) can flow more directly – all of this can lead to healthier tissue in the area of the scar as well as reducing the possibility of pain and discomfort in other areas of body/mind related to the scar tissue. Freedom Ride is a therapeutic riding facility, so the animals we will focus on will be the horses. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with these sensitive creatures. The techniques learned and applied in this class are transferable to other animals, and as part of the homework for this class, attendees will have assignments to share Reiki with other types of animals.
